Our NACE-Certified Coating Inspectors can provide both Full-time and

Hold-Point inspections during all phases of surface preparation,

material application, and final project acceptance.....

 

Full-time inspections would included our NACE-Certified Coating Inspector to be onsite in a full-time manner and working in a quality control capacity by having the authority

to accept and/or reject each phase involving industrial coating activity.

 

Hold-Point inspections are performed at different phases of the coating process.

Such processes would be at the completion of surface preparation operations, at the completion of each coat in a multiple coat applicatiion, and at the final completion of coating activities.  In this capacity, our NACE-Certified Coating Inspector will only be onsite on a part-time basis and working in a quality assurance capacity.

 

Equipment and Instumentation:

Justice Coating Inspection & Consulting LLC uses the latest technological instruments for industrial coating inspections and consulting services.  Our equipment provides testing for Holiday Detection, Wet/dry Film Thickness, Product Adhesion as well as Intercoat Cleanliness.

 

Failure Analysis:

Justice Coating Inspection & Consulting LLC can and will provide professional and expert analysis on coating failure issues providing factual documentation and brief answers in these common disputes.

 

Specification Writing/Consulting:
